Ruth discovered her passion for design at a young age, growing up in South Africa surrounded by vibrant color and rich texture—an early influence that continues to shape her layered, nuanced approach to interiors. After relocating to the United States, she pursued her passion academically, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design from The University of Akron in Ohio.

With over 25 years of experience in both residential and commercial design, Ruth brings a deeply considered perspective to every project. Her work is rooted in a philosophy of quiet luxury—where refined materials, soft contrasts, and intentional details come together to create spaces that feel elevated, functional, and enduring.

Known for her full-service, turnkey process, Ruth thoughtfully manages every phase of design—from initial consultation and concept development through detailed space planning, material and finish selections, and immersive visual presentations. As the project progresses, she collaborates closely with architects, builders, and trades, overseeing procurement, project coordination, and final installation to ensure a seamless execution and cohesive result.
