Once your proposal is signed, we dive deep. We review your inspiration images, complete your personalized design questionnaire, walk through floor plans, and document every detail of your lifestyle and vision before a single selection is made.

Our team develops 2D space plans and full 3D design concepts — bringing your future space to life visually. At our Design Review Meeting, we walk through every element together, gather your feedback, and refine until it's exactly right.

We produce your Builder's Packet — a comprehensive set of detailed drawings, elevations, material specifications, and 3D renderings your contractor needs to execute the design with precision. Every selection is sourced and accounted for before trades begin.
